Summary: `blobrepo_factory` is a crate that knows how to create blobrepo given a configuration i.e. it creates blobstores, filenodes, changesets etc and initializes blobrepo with them. `post_commit` is a small part of blobrepo which can also be extracted from blobrepo crate.
