Yan Soares Couto f761a291a7 Add snapshot_state to bonsai changeset ... Summary: This diff adds some data to BonsaiChangeset that tells whether it is a snapshot or not. For now, this marks every changeset as not being a snapshot. The next diff will add validation to snapshots, some tests, and mark the current `snapshot createremote` command as uploading snapshots.
