Ailin Zhang 58561f9df2 use Eden native import in prefetchBlobs ... Summary: Previously we use HgImporter prefetch request in `prefetchBlobs()`, but using `getBlob()` can give us more control over the prefetch process later. So now `getBlob()` is used in `prefetchBlobs()` when `useEdenNativePrefetch` is configured as true.
