Summary: Current pushrebase starts by mapping your `HgChangeset`s to `BonsaiChangeset`s. Cross-repo sync will generate bonsai form directly, then pushrebase it. Reuse the existing pushrebase machinery - this also puts into a good place to start removing HgChangeset knowledge from pushrebase.
