Jun Wu 59177ba177 commandserver: prevent unlink socket twice
This patch changes unixforkingservice so it only calls
`self._servicehandler.unlinksocket(self.address)` at most once.

This is needed by the next patch.

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
