Summary: When selective pull will be enabled, `hg log` won't be able to show any information about the remote bookmarks that are not in subscriptions for particular user. So we need to hint the user that they may want to explicitly pull the remote bookmark first, if hg log fails to find it. Test the flag to reuse another commit's message (-M):
