Jun Wu e70d89dd39 py3: fix absorb -i 
Summary:
The previous fix D23357655 (d60e80796a) actually only fixes py2 absorb -i. On Python 3,
`b"-"[0]` is `45`, not `b"-"` like Python 2. Fix it again using `b"-"[0:1]`.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
