Johan Schuijt-Li 5f4a2e3827 clienttelemetry: introduce support ... Summary: Client telemetry is used to send which commands are being run on the client, which makes debugging slow sessions easier. For the client perspective, the server hostname is send back so that the user knows to which physical host it's connected, which is also useful debug info.
