This avoids conflict with the core extension (`hgext/sparse.py`). In development mode, the `hgext` version takes precedence and people can easily use the wrong sparse extension. `sparse.py` is kept for compatibility. Differential Revision: https://phab.mercurial-scm.org/D1048
