Summary: These mirror the Mononoke BlameV2 derived data. I tweaked the #[auto_wire] macro to support a new #[no_default] attribute. This made it possible to stick a Result<_, ServerError> into my type without having to hand implement anything else (since Result doesn't implement Default, which otherwise was required for #[auto_wire]).
