Summary: `Node` is not friendly with plain old unit tests because constructing them is a bit involved. This diff adds a constructor from u8 purely for test puposes. I picked an u8 for input because it is the most convenient type. When we move past rust 1.31 it might make sense to use an u32 and use https://doc.rust-lang.org/std/primitive.u32.html#method.to_le_bytes To note that property testing is best used in addition to plain old unit testing.
