Summary: - This diff makes EphemeralBlobstore use RepoBlobstore under the hood, which gives it redaction for free. - It also refactors and simplifies the ephemeral blobstore code, removing unnecessary separation between repo-less and repo-full ephemeral blobstore. - It will be useful later on to be able to have a RepoBlobstore so we can transparently replace code that deals with blobrepo to also work with ephemeral stuff.
