Matt Harbison 6416635956 test-remove: drop a useless Windows specific conditional
The Windows branch didn't pick up the 'deleting' progress bar addition from
fbfaef28d47c.  But since the Windows branch already globbed the error message,
let's just drop the other branch.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
