Jun Wu 6438f28e99 color: detect ConEmu and limit colors to 16 
Summary:
ConEmu tries to normalize 256 colors to 16 colors but its normalization logic
is buggy. For example, color196 gets normalized to green instead of red. See
the attached picture of ConEmu and its debug real console.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
