Liubov Dmitrieva 65366c688b implement known method 
Summary:
implement `known` method based on the existing `lookup` API that has been already implemented

this might be useful for eden api pull project / wireproto deprecation, as the pull algorithm queries the server for whether commits are known by the server

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
