FUJIWARA Katsunori 66fb22c0d4 mq: pass 'editform' argument to 'cmdutil.getcommiteditor' 
This patch passes 'editform' argument according to the format below:

  EXTENSION[.COMMAND][.ROUTE]

  - EXTENSION: name of extension
  - COMMAND: name of command, if there are two or more commands in EXTENSION
  - ROUTE: name of route, if there are two or more routes in COMMAND

In this patch:

  - MQ command names (qnew/qrefresh/qfold) are used as COMMAND
  - ROUTE is omitted

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
