Summary: Now that EdenFS is using EdenAPI more, let's let it take advantage of EdenAPI's better batching. We alread have a batch API for files, let's copy the pattern for trees as well. This adds the C++ bindings. The next diff consumes this from EdenFS This is largely just a copy of how batch blob fetching does this. But I'm a C++ noob, so feel free to tear this apart with nits.
