Matthew Dippel 6cdd85d661 Removed RepoGenCache structure, and repoinfo crate. ... Summary: Deleted the RepoGenCache structure, associated file, and public exports. Also deleted the containing repoinfo crate, as nothing else was using it now. Deleted some existing references to it in experimental code which weren't caught in the test plan but were blocking this from landing.
