Mark Thomas 98860e0615 rage: use smaller data sizes for debugnetwork tests ... Summary: For users on slow connections, hg debugnetwork may not complete within 20s. Reduce the amount of data we use for the download and upload tests, so that we have a better chance for the tests completing within the 20s limit.
