Durham Goode 729133f6cf remotefilelog: move mutable packs onto fileslog 
Summary:
Previously these were stored on the remotefilelogcontentstore, which is
a weird place since it's generally responsible for loose files. Now that we have
the fileslog abstraction let's move the mutable packs on to it.

This mirrors the manifestlog pattern.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
