Xavier Deguillard 7bb3e384d8 remotefilelog: append the repo name to memcache key ... Summary: Up to now, this has been done in chef, and thus for repos that we do not list, they may share the memcache keys, with potential unintended consequences. Let's always add the repo name to the key, so we can simplify the code in chef. One small negative effect of this change is that while it is being rolled out, the cache hit rate will be impacted.
