Summary: Currently, hg's lfs extension used bytes concatenation to download a response from the server-side. However, concatenating bytes in Python can be inefficient, since it'll re-allocate the whole thing and copy it every time you concatenate. This makes repeated concatenation O(N^2) on the number of things you concatenate, which is undesirable. This diff updates hg's lfs extension to not do that.
