Saurabh Singh 839a5ffa93 infinitepush: move infinitepush server check to common module 
Summary:
This functionality is generic enough to be inside the common module so
that it can be shared easily. Upcoming commits will make use of this
functionality by importing from the common module.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
