Gregory Szorc 83c1331bbb commands.push: use paths API 
ui.path instances now collect most of the data used by commands.push().
Move away from ui.expandpath() and call ui.paths.getpath() to get a
path instance.

Some "pushing to" output was dropped as one test demonstrates. I believe
the dropped message was redundant with the error message and the change
to be acceptable.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
