Katherine McKinley 28ce2f6211 Replace NodeHash with ChangesetId in BlobRepo ... Summary: This change removes get_changeset_by_nodeid and replaces it with get_changeset_by_changesetid, and propagates the changes to callers. A few places still have ChangesetId::new() because I'm not sure where the original NodeHash comes from. If you have any pointers, I would be happy to fix them before landing.
