Meyer Jacobs 8be436187f scmstore: extract out FetchLogger from ReportingRemoteDataStore for use by scmstore 
Summary: `ReportingRemoteDataStore` wraps a store and records all fetches which match `remotefilelog.undesiredfileregex`. Since scmstore doesn't use a hierarchical store composition, this change extracts out the matching/reporting logic into `FetchLogger` so that it can be re-used by both `ReportingRemoteDataStore` and scmstore.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
