Jun Wu 8ca7ab1c5a hgcommands: move debug commands to individual files ... Summary: This makes the main command table cleaner. I dropped the `indexedlogrepair` command as it cannot rebuild indexes. `hg doctor` is a better replacement. Some debug commands are renamed so they no longer have `-` in the command name.
