Chad Austin f4d8aba2bf replace ImmediateFuture's default constructor with an in_place constructor
Summary:
For parity with Future and SemiFuture, remove ImmediateFuture's
default constructor and replace it with `makeEmpty()` and a
`std::in_place` constructor overload.
