Kostia Balytskyi 8fcdc5f35c extensions: drop the core sparse.py extension 
Summary:
We have our fbsparse, which we are using. We can rename it later when configs
are in the same repo as the extension files.

Test Plan: - run tests, see only the failures related to the other commits in the stack

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
