Mark Juggurnauth-Thomas 98ada843e3 rage: include Windows disk usage information 
Summary:
`df` doesn't exist on Windows, so this part of `rage` isn't populated.

The closest equivalent on Windows is `wmic LogicalDisk`.  Use this to query the
free space and size of the disks.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
