Rajiv Sharma c81071e34e Allow bypassing read-only status in gitimport ... Summary: `gitimport` is typically used for mirror repos which by definition are locked. Creating or moving bookmarks on locked repos is disallowed by default. This behaviour can be overriden by passing the bypass flag. This diff adds argument support for bypassing the read-only check.
