Pavel Aslanov 69e57b232d fix panic in slice index ... Summary: Based on [user report](https://fb.workplace.com/groups/scm/permalink/3128221090560823/). Note that slices in rust behave differently and if index exceeds slice size this will always be panic. My fix was based on assumption that behavior should be similar to python.
