Summary: If the caller asks us for a range that extends past the end of our file, we'd rather give them an error instead of silently returning the file. This actually revealed one of the tests needed work :) Note that right now we'll just end up categorizing this as 500. I'd like to rework the errors we emit in the Filestore, but that's a somewhat bigger undertaking so I'd like to do it separately.
