Phil Cohen a1eba8f292 merge: pass wctx to premerge, filemerge 
In the in-memory merge branch. we'll need to call a function (``flushall``) on
the wctx inside of _xmerge.

This prepares the way so it can be done without hacks like ``fcd.ctx()``.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
