Jun Wu a22207b3b4 smartset: do not calculate expensive __len__ showing filteredset progress 
Summary:
The progress total can be expensive to calculate for generatorset. Do not
calculate it. This will preserve laziness of certain sets (ex. generatorset
used by fastlog and average directory log).

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
