Liubov Dmitrieva 50e7fd7ddd add enablestatus and enableprogress options to commitcloud ... Summary: Some user may think that the progress reporting is spammy, others can like it. Make it configurable without disabling status completely. We could explain the new config 'enableprogress' in the wiki for those who would like to disable the messages. Also add 'enablestatus' under commitcloud section of config.
