Jun Wu ac42bea23b dag: add APIs to cache storage_version to VerLink mapping ... Summary: Today we recreate new `VerLink`s when loading `Dag` from disk. However, if the on-disk content is not changed, we can actually reuse the old `VerLink` to enable more fast paths. This diff adds APIs on `VerLink` to support that.
