Augie Fackler ad67b99d20 cleanup: replace uses of util.(md5|sha1|sha256|sha512) with hashlib.\1
All versions of Python we support or hope to support make the hash
functions available in the same way under the same name, so we may as
well drop the util forwards.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
