Stanislau Hlebik af03216ee2 mononoke: admin command to build and read skiplist indexes ... Summary: Let's add a command that builds and reads a skiplist indexes. This indexes will be used by getbundle wireproto request to decrease the latency and cpu usage. Note that we are saving only the longest "jump" from the skiplist. This is done in order to save space.
