Katie Mancini 40521f9eb2 bump inode tracebus limits and add a config for extra safety ... Summary: Users are showing that tracebus fills up for inode events. for fs tacebuses we use a 25000 event limit, so lets bump to there. we will also add a config so we can switch this off completely as needed.
