Stanislau Hlebik 8a137ae922 mononoke: add Scribe ... Summary: At the moment we can't test logging to scribe easily - we don't have a way to mock it. Scribe are supposed to help with that. They will let us to configure all scribe logs to go to a directory on a filesystem similar to the way we configure scuba.
