Summary: Pushkey part is used to send bookmark updates from hg client to the server. This diff does all the wireproto parsing, but doesn't actually apply bookmark updates on the server. Also this diff "implements" branchmap method. We have no plans to support it, but currently remotenames extension calls it. So this diff adds a fake implementation that always returns empty response.
