Durham Goode b3e328c903 treemanifest: don't store repo objects in the manifestrevlogstore 
Summary:
Previously the manifestrevlogstore kept a copy of the changelog, the
store, and the svfs from the initial repo object. It's possible that these will
change or be replaced over time, so it's not safe to cache them. Instead let's
just fetch them again each time we need it.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
