Dino Wernli b52cbcab45 Add support for context-enabled streams ... Summary: The diff adds an extension of streams to the `failures_ext` crate, allowing streams with error type `failure::Error` or `failure::Fail` to store a context. As a proof-of-concept, the resulting `context()` function is applied to a stream in use in mononoke.
