Chad Austin b75b10bc33 kill ObjectStore::getBlobMetadata 
Summary:
The last remaining user of ObjectStore::getBlobMetadata was a debug
Thrift call. Remove it and update the Thrift call to use getBlobSize
and getBlobSha1.
