Stefan Filip 5f6d1a2c61 edenapi: add full_idmap_clone endpoint ... Summary: The end goal is to have clients using a sparse IdMap. There is still some work to get there though. In the mean time we can test repositories that don't use any revlogs. The current expections for those repositories are that they have a full idmap locally.
