Yuya Nishihara b9d70a8ce1 templater: add function to parse whole string as template expression 
This will be a parser of template aliases, and it can also be used for
processing quoted string templates in map files. That's why this function
isn't defined in the upcoming _aliasrules class.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
