Summary: It only has benchmark code that led to the use of mincode. Now hgcommits is the main crate for commit storage. `commitstore` without `hg` in its name was initially planned to support other kinds of commits including git and bonsai. However we don't have immediate goal for that at present. So let's just remove the commitstore directory.
