Mark Thomas bde717a925 treemanifest: fixup linknodes when sending to the server 
Summary:
When sending a bundle to the server, ensure that the treemanifest linknodes
correctly refer to a commit that is in the bundle.

Treemanifest ignores the linknodes of the subtrees - instead they inherit the
linknode of the root manifest in which they were introduced, so we only need to
fix up the linknode for the root manifest and propagate that to the subtrees.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
