Summary: Introduce `FileMetadata` and `DirectoryMetadata` to `Treeentry`, along with corresponding request API. Move `metadata.flags` to `file_metadata.revisionstore_flags`, as it is never populated for trees. Do not use `metadata.size` on the wire, as it is never currently populated. Leaving `DirectoryMetadata` commented out temporarily because serde round trips fail for unit struct. Re-introduced with fields in the next change in this stack.
